Trouble Returns to Spear Pillar

The air fizzed and formed Dialga, who landed on the Sacred Triangle etching on Spear Pillar; and ancient temple grounds. Dialga twisted his head around and licked a deep burn on his foreleg, when an explosion of sparkling dust came out of nowhere. The blue dragon's head recoiled, as at least twenty Galactic grunts surrounded him. But there, in the middle of them all, stood Cyrus, their leader. The man took several steps forward with a straight expression. "My Lord Dialga."
You! Dialga's indigo lips drew back in a thunderous snarl. Cyrus laughed and paced slowly. "Oh, Time Lord, you mustn't worry your energy out. I've just come to say sorry for all the trouble I've caused you." He put on a rather scared expression. Dialga's head raised questioningly and he stopped snarling. Cyrus reached a hand out, and Dialga narrowed his eyes. Cyrus gave his hand a little shake. "You can trust me now. Forgive me." Then, the Galactic grunts moved in, fast as lightning, and released a horde of Croagunk and Glameow, all poised in fighting stances. Dialga roared, rage rushing into his head. An energy ball formed at his mouth, swirling blue energy. He released a furious, powerful Dragon Pulse, and blasted it at the ground, a couple of grunts wimpered when their pokemon fell to the ground, fainted, and they ran away. Cyrus yelled angrily. "Cowards and idiots!" He threw a pokeball and out came his Purugly. "Purugly, use Fury Swipe!" The fat cat sprang upward and slashed Dialga's face with knife-claws. Dialga hissed in pain, and batted the Purugly away with it's head, making it slam into the ground, fainted.
Several more painful moments passed, and Cyrus gave up. "Arg!" He growled as him and his grunts fled. Soon, Cyrus was only left, standing at the edge of the stairs leadng down to Mt. Coronet. "This isn't over, God of Time. Team Galactic will capture you someday!" And then he too, fled, returning a lingering Toxicroak at the last second.
Dialga shook his head, dizzy and exhausted. His whole body ached of multiple scrapes and big bruises. He was almost sure he'd been poisoned. He fell over with a great thump when he was sure Team Galactic was gone, and dozed.

Cobalion raised his head. He hadn't strayed too far since their last encounter. "Lord Dialga.." he whispered. Where exactly was a Chansey when you needed one?

One tired, red eye opened halfway. "Cobalion...what are you doing here still?" he asked, wincing at the sting of poison.

"Saving your life, Lord Dialga." Within seconds, he had aquired different herbs and berries. "Eat these."

IC: Dilaga sniffed the berries and ate them. Most of the pain vanished quickly, and he stood up once more. He was about to give a nod of gratitude, when a bigger horde than before of Galactic Grunts came charging up the stairs. Dialga roared in surprise and fury, his claws glowing, prepared for another attack.

Cobalion frowned as a Grunt spoke "Who is that Pokemon?" he called. "He is helping Dialga!?"

Cyrus shoved the grunt aside, and studied Cobalion. "That's Cobalion, from the Unova region, idiot. Pay attention to classes next time." Cyrus gave Cobalion an evil stare, then returned attention to his main prize. "You thought we were finished, Time God?"
Dialga raised a foot and slashed at two Glameows, knocking them out in response.

Cobalion's fur glistened as it looked at two other Glameow. "Sacred sword!" he called, and slashed the two Glameow. They instantly were KO'ed.

Then, about five Toxicroak leaped at Dialga, claws flashing with poison. Dialga dodged, getting frustrated. Several more Glameow hopped onto him and scored their claws down his back. Pressure began to build in Dialga's chest, and then, light gathered around his diamond. Dialga threw his head back and roared so loud that it blasted the Glameow off him, and a colourful explosion shot all around the area, not touching Cobalion. Cyrus shouted to his grunts. "Duck! Roar of Time--" Cyrus had to leap onto the ground to avoid the blast.

Cobalion smiled. Suddenly, though, a dozen or so Team Galactic grunts threw a net over him. The net burst with electricity. "Uggggggh!" Cobalion cried.

Dialga flinched as his energy drained by a lot. He whipped to the side and grabbed the net in his teeth, throwing it off. A horrible electric shock ran through his veins, and he hissed in pain, shivering. Suddenly, a Master Ball came flying through the air, and just in time, Dialga swatted it away. That was close, he thought, throwing off another Croagunk.

Cobalion knelt on the ground, wincing. "T-thanks.." he muttered, and used Iron Head on a Murkrow.

Dialga could not reply, as the swarm of Murkrow were released, all firing a Shadow Ball at Dialga. Dialga used Metal Claw on a few of them, but they kept coming. The deity's legs began to wobble, but he managed to stay standing. How much more can I take..? Cyrus grinned, and sent out a Mismagius. The creature charged at Dialga, and Dialga was sure this was it. But one of the huge, stone pillars, came crashing down, hitting the Mismagius and knocking it out. Cyrus frowned at the fallen pokemon. "Pathetic. Team Galactic, retreat!"
The grunts froze, and began to run away, what was left of their pokemon scrambling after them. Dialga kept glaring at them until one last grunt limped away. Then, the blue dragon fell over again, unable to stand any longer; the exhaustion and low energy had finally gotten the better of him.

Articuno landed gracefully beside Dialga. "What happened here?" He asked Cobalion.

A green pokemon appeared in a small flash of light. "D- Dialga," the pokemon cried in horror, "what happened!?" She fluttered past the giant ice bird as if it wasn't there. "I heared your Roar of Time. I knew something must've been wrong!"

Mist filled the Spear Pillar as Suicune appeared.

"I brought you some clean water to drink. I knew you would need something after a battle." she said softly to Dialga and Colbalion. She pulled out a round bowl made of wood with sparkling water in it and pushed it towards them. She smiled as they took it.

Cobalion frowned. "It was Team Galactic. And...thank you Lady Suicune!"

Suicune nodded and let them drink in peace. She sighed. Why must everyone always fight? she asked herself.

Dialga straightened his neck. He sighed roughly. "Team Galactic have tried to capture me before...so they can harness my power and control time itself. But I will not let them.." His voice lowered to a growl again.
