Trouble at Lake Verity

Manaphy found himself in Lake Verity, and decided to stay for a little while. As he swam around, he noticed people on the little island in the middle of the lake. With a closer look, he realized it was team Galactic. Trying to attract as little attention as possible, Manaphy started to swim away, but was noticed. Team Galactic started sending out pokemon to attack.

Suddenly, a great explosion followed Team Galactic's arrival at the sacred lake. When the dust settled, there stood, head held high in spite of his pains, was the legendary ruler of time, Dialga. He looked at the blue prince of the sea. "Prepare for battle."

Manaphy nodded at the Time deity, and unleashed a hydro pump on an incoming starly. Wanting better range on the enemy, Manaphy melted into the water and reapeared somewhere else in the lake. "What's their problem?" Manaphy asked Dialga, keeping an eye on the situation, feeling the smallest bit saddened about the other pokemon being stuck in this conflict.

OOC: There was a storyline with Dialga and Palkia in it. Should we start in that?

Dialga blinked at Manaphy. "They want supreme power over Sinnoh. Perhaps farther. But I will tell you more later. For now we fight!" He used Metal Claw in a few Glameow.
